Products and Custom Orders

We offer cakes, baked goods, and related products. Some items may be custom-made based on your requested design, size, flavor, date, or message.

Because custom cake orders are prepared specifically for each customer, details must be reviewed carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect names, dates, messages, addresses, phone numbers, or design instructions.

Product Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to match product photos, descriptions, and agreed custom designs. However, cakes are handmade, and slight differences in color, decoration, size, shape, or finish may occur.

Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, peanuts, and other ingredients.

Customers are responsible for informing us of allergy concerns before placing an order. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to availability, pricing errors, capacity limits, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or other operational reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product availability, designs, ingredients, and delivery options may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery details. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, responsibility for storage, handling, and transportation transfers to the customer.

Cakes should be handled carefully, kept level, and stored according to any instructions provided.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product photos, logos, and designs, belongs to Athana's Cakery or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Athana's Cakery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.
